So the entire season plot about the hatch and the numbers and the button was nothing. the button was real but woo-hoo, 2.23 throws in a key to a fail-safe. The bastard writers actually got away with resolving the entire story with an f-ing fail-safe key? come on.
There is no story but the one about the writers thinking ahead of their audience.
